The problem
Brand deals make up roughly 70% of creator income. But for most creators under 100K followers, landing that first deal feels impossible. Not because brands don't want to work with them (73% of brands now prefer micro-influencers), but because the system is designed around agencies and gatekeepers who take 20-35% off the top.
On the brand side, it's just as frustrating. Finding the right creator for a campaign means either paying an agency premium or cold-DMing hundreds of people and hoping someone responds.
Both sides want the same thing: a direct connection. Nobody was building it in a way that felt right.
What we're building
AdReady is a marketplace where creators list their channels, set their own rates, and get discovered by brands looking for ad reads. Brands browse creators, make offers, and manage campaigns. No agencies in the middle. No 90-day payment terms. No gatekeeping based on follower count.
We support YouTube, podcasts, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Rumble, Kick, and X. If you have an audience and can read an ad, you belong here.
Creators pay nothing. Ever. Brands pay a 15% service fee on completed deals. That's it.
How we got here
AdReady started as a question: why is it so hard for a creator with 20,000 followers to get a $500 brand deal? The answer kept coming back to discovery and access. The tools that exist are either built for mega-creators, charge creators to participate, or require agency representation.
We built AdReady from scratch, piece by piece. The rate calculator was one of the first things we shipped because we kept seeing the same question in every creator community: "how much should I charge?" We wanted to answer that with real data, not guesswork.
We're early stage. We're small. We're building in public. And we're betting that a marketplace that respects both sides of the deal is something the creator economy actually needs.
